General Information

Our protein powders are safe for children as long as they are used as a supplement rather than a meal replacement. As always, we do recommend that you speak to your family doctor before adding any supplements into your children’s diet.

Why the big tick of approval?

Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, our range is both delicious and filled with organic sources of minerals and nutrients. Our ingredients are not genetically modified in any way and are GMO and pesticide-free. So you can rest assured your little ones are receiving all the benefits without unnecessary fillers.

Our fat burners, however, are not recommended for children. (We are sure your little ones already have all the energy and bounce they need).

We hope this information helps. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us again on hello@elannutrition.com

Not to threat though! What you are seeing and finding are protein packed chia seeds (and not little ants :) ). While they will appear as small graduals and seeds in your powder, once mixed with a liquid, they turn into a gel-like consistency, adding thickness to your smoothies.

Why chia seeds?

Great for digestive health and energy levels, they make up a key ingredient in all of our protein powders. Despite their small size, these seeds are packed full of omega-3 fatty acids, are rich in antioxidants, provide plenty of fiber, iron and calcium and will help keep you regular and feeling fuller for longer. We have to say, they have more than earned their ‘superfood’ status.

Yes, we are happy to say that our products are quite low carb due to the fact we don’t use fillers and we also use Stevia as our sweetener. From what I know about the ketogenic diet, our protein powders should be completely fine to use as long as it fits into your allowed carb intake for the day.

In regards to the Fat Burner, it does contain some natural stimulants including caffeine so as long as you are allowed to have this, then that should also be fine.

Again, heck NO. Whey protein is created to promote fat loss as it releases glucagon. At the same time, it inhibits the insulin release into your body. The simple protein digestion process burns calories instead of digesting fats, which makes it great for your body. Change your lifestyle for the better. Still a bit iffy? Consult your nutritionist or doctor.

You can combine it with oat milk, fruit and other neat stuff, which makes it a great meal replacement. Keep in mind to include greens and wholefoods in order to get the best possible results.
